Hi Cake Lover! I'm Kimberly Roye, and I own the in-home bakery, Love is Baking. I'm a wife, mom of two, full-time data explorer and a part-time baker. I have loved creating baked goods for my family since I was a kid. Creating desserts brings me joy and balance to my life as I share my passion for baking with you.

The name - Love is Baking - was inspired by 1 Corinthians 13:4-5. In these scriptures, Paul is defining love for the people of Corinth. For me, love IS baking. I think of my mom baking cakes and pies for Sunday dessert or the huge undertaking of making desserts for holidays. If one family member favored one dessert, you could be certain it would be made on Thanksgiving. She loved us that much. I share that same love of baking and cooking for my family as my mom, Geneva. The 'G' in the logo is an homage to her.
